We soaked up the warm sunshine all week. My sister and I took a plane to our destination. We didn’t want to drive in the car for 8 hours, and the airplane ride was less than a single hour. My sister and I never visited the state before, and we were in for a real culture shock. The biggest difference is probably legalized recreational marijuana. There are signs for marijuana for sale everywhere you look. You can even buy marijuana in the gas station. It’s very strange to see a dispensary on every street corner. My sister and I weren’t going to visit the dispensary, but we thought about our mom. She has been using CBD oil for the past year, and it works great for knee pain relief. My sister and I thought we could find something helpful in the dispensary. When we walked through the door, it was like walking into a different dimension. From the outside, the CBD dispensary looked like any other store. Inside, it was clearly like walking into a dream. One wall was lined with jars of marijuana, and the other wall was filled with CBD oils and tinctures. A helpful budtender immediately greeted us at the door and helped us make our selections. My sister and I had a really great time visiting the dispensary, and we even found some great CBD products to take home to Mom.
