Trying to improve my dispensary

Long ago when I was promoted to director of the recreational dispensary in my town, I had a feeling that I needed to change some things, but the cannabis industry is growing and yet our dispensary was struggling.

I had a feeling what the issue was, a total lack of knowledge, however my budtenders did not understand their own cannabis products.

They also did not suppose how to build buyer relations. I looked high and low and I certainly found a cannabis education supplier. The supplier was willing to take my entire staff and dispensary team training, dispensary staff education, and dispensary products training. All of these courses were to teach my budtenders how to work together. They even figured out how to approach patrons, find out what they need and command the right product, however before I had a combination of wonderful salesman with almost zero knowledge and excruciating salespeople with all the knowledge in the world. Now we have the best of both worlds due to the cannabis training courses. I even got cannabis staff education while I was there too. This course was just for me as a team leader. I learned how to manage my staff, encourage a rise in sales and create a wonderful vibe in our dispensary. It was such a wonderful thing for all of us to do. I have to say, the people I was with and I have also gotten closer as a team because of it. The people I was with and I had many mornings of working for a long time with one another. The people I was with and I now absolutely suppose each other as a team and as people. I highly suggest any director, budtender or cannabis team that is struggling to take cannabis education classes.
