Ever since covid-19 closed down corporations and schools, diner delivery services have been on the rise; in the past 3 months, 75% of corporations have gone to delivery or pick up as an alternative to dining in the diner. My best neighbor recently got a task in the delivery service, although he is not entirely working at a diner! He is entirely working for a medical marijuana delivery service, because three days each week, he delivers medical marijuana to local residents… On the other many days of the task week, he works inside the store as a budtender. My best neighbor studied about the task online and decided to apply. He had many weird interviews with the supervisor and the district supervisor. They talked for an hour in each interview. They made my neighbor wait multiple days before they called to tell him the wonderful news. The next day, my best neighbor had to drive many hours to attend a budtenders school. He spent many 8 hour days in class, however the medical marijuana business paid for his gas and meals both times… After the class was over, he had to take a knowledge test; now he is entirely working for the medical marijuana dispensary. The task pays well and he doesn’t even have to use his own car for deliveries. They have a special car Monday evening with a medical marijuana dispensary logo and their contact number on the side. I am legitimately delighted for my best neighbor and he seems undoubtedly delighted with the current work. He also gets weed for 50% off the list price and that’s a sizable bonus!
