I am not sure why there is such a double standard when it comes to driving drunk versus driving stoned, and I think a lot of people who would never drive drunk in a million years, do not think twice about sparking up a fat bowl before getting behind the wheel.
I understand the substances have unusual effects on the human mind, however I think both of them are dangerous and should be avoided; this is especially true in our day and age, when driving while high on cannabis is simply not necessary. Even if you don’t have a cannabis delivery repair near you, there is still Uber and Lyft that can get you wherever you need to go safely. I get high all the time, however I never get behind the wheel when I’ve had too much cannabis, same as with liquor. I get my supplies delivered from the local cannabis dispensary, which has an incredibly responsive home delivery system. I have talked to a few of the cannabis delivery drivers, and none of them are ever high when at work… Not only is it dangerous, they all agree, however getting caught baked on the work, behind the wheel, means instant termination from a cannabis dispensary. Everyone involved in the cannabis delivery industry knows how important it is to be stone sober while driving, so maybe all of us should trust their expert opinions for a change. But besides, I can usually get my cannabis order delivered within multiple hours of hitting the ORDER button. It’s convenient, it’s fast, and it’s the safest way to get your cannabis.
