I’m in our mid fifties & this is the best I have ever felt in our entire life.
And when I say the best, I should quantify that statement a bit.
This is the first time in our life where our mental, physical, emotional & spiritual life have all been clicking at once. And the feeling is exceptional despite the fact that I have legal marijuana to thank for much of the change. It started shortly after legal weed was made law in our state. Back in the day, I had used recreational marijuana here & there. I enjoyed the way it made myself and others assume & appreciated the discoveries that came with our use of recreational pot. However back then, it was frowned upon if you didn’t put aside recreational cannabis for work & the adult life. For me, this was a mistake but that’s just the way recreational marijuana was viewed back then. I ended up in sort of a radiocommon lifestyle of boys our age. I was out of shape, leaned on alcohol for stress management & was just completely out of touch with who I was. The moment of change came when our husband commanded that the two of us go by the legal marijuana store & get some recreational weed. I was game & thankfully, I was reintroduced to recreational marijuana. It was appreciate turning on a light switch. Suddenly, I came face to face with the fact that I was far from who or what I wanted to be. So instead of ignoring this, I continued using legal pot & started making fundamental swings in our life.
