It was over a year since they had legalized recreational marijuana and I had yet to see one anywhere near where I live.
I wasn’t sure if they were ever going to put a marijuana store near me, but I kept hoping.
I was a huge weed user when I was younger. I don’t remember half of what I learned because I was always high. I didn’t know if I really wanted to use that much weed again, but I wanted to try it again. Every time I smell weed, my mouth waters. I remember how mellow and calm I became. I talked to my doctor when marijuana was legalized for medical reasons, but I really didn’t have any reason to need marijuana. He refused to give me a prescription for medical marijuana. If I could legally go into a marijuana store and purchase recreational marijuana, I wouldn’t have any problem going in and buying something. When I was a kid, there weren’t any gummies, or vape pens. I bought the real stuff on a back street. I would carefully roll the marijuana cigarette so I didn’t lose any of the precious weed. Now, you can buy pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes. I would have never thought they would legalize something like this, but I thought wrong. When I was watching the news last week, they were talking about the new restaurant that was opening in town. The name of the restaurant was ‘Only the Weeds’, and everything on their menu had weed infused in it. They also sold marijuana products. Finally, I had a recreational marijuana store near me, and I could also order dinner at the same time.
