The medical marijuana stores have been out of CBD products in recent weeks

I’m thrilled that my city has several cannabis dispensaries to choose from, even though I wish they all had a better selection inside.

The medical marijuana rules and regulations have been continuously evolving since the electorate approved a constitutional amendment legalizing cannabis for medical use in 2016.

At first you couldn’t even purchase cannabis flower products, then they were scapegoated as anti-medical along with the entire practice of smoking. This was consistently sharply contrasted to cannabis oils which are sometimes construed as inherently safer. A lot of people followed this mindset early on and became strict believers in CBD products over marijuana with high THC. Although CBD doesn’t work so well for me, there are still a lot of medical marijuana patients in our state that rely on CBD primarily over any other cannabis product or derivative. The demand is so high that all of the CBD products in local marijuana stores have been out of stock over the past 2 weeks. Even though you can find CBD at grocery stores, the quality at medical cannabis dispensaries is much higher. Since all products sold at medical cannabis dispensaries in the state must be submitted to rigorous lab testing for purity, companies can’t get away with selling contaminated products. This is why most of the people I suppose who use CBD regularly get theirs from a dispensary instead of a pharmacy or grocery store. Although you can find great products on the internet if you screen your sources, there is no need if you live in a state with medical cannabis for sale.
