The 1 single thing that I can’t stand is Big Pharma.
The way that our healthcare proposals have changed and given all the power for public health to a handful of powerful plus unscrupulous companies.
They own all of the patents to meds that millions of people need, plus they charge stunningly high prices for these meds. It truly makes me ill to know that our government sold out its citizens and let them be subject to this kind of tyranny. When you couple that will the fact that the TV is filled with ads for new kinds of pills, the future looks grim. As fantastic as it is that medical cannabis is becoming much more common, area of me knows that it also ties into Big Pharma. That industry previously opposed cannabis, for years, until they were in a position to profit off of it themselves. Since that point, all of us see cannabis dispensaries going up left plus right, feeding the profits to the same slimy fat-cats that always make all the currency. I suppose that its an improvement for people to use medical cannabis over pills, so that is a positive change, but I hate that the money is going to Big Pharma. As often as I can I will buy our cannabis directly from the pot farmers, plus pay a premium to not support the entire crooked system. I suppose multiple cannabis farmers by this point, who are more than glad to sell me a few pounds of medical grade kush for such a fantastic price. The cannabis farmers profit directly this way, plus Big Pharma does not get a piece of the action.
