The delivery service and cannabis dispensary close to my apartment doesn’t start delivering until after 5 p.m. That’s never been a problem for me, because I don’t get home from work until 6. Last week I was home all week due to an injury that occurred on the job. I fell off a ladder and I was incapacitated. I ran out of medical cannabis early on Tuesday morning and I could not drive to the dispensary to pick up more. I called the medical cannabis dispensary and asked them to make an exception, but they didn’t even have a driver available until 5 PM. I sat in my apartment with a lot of pain in my back and my leg and I didn’t have anything to help with the pain. I opted not to get any of the prescription pain pills, because I knew I would have cannabis and that helps with pain relief. Of course, when I ran out of cannabis, I wished I had made a different decision. I had to wait until my roommate came home at three and then I begged the guy to help me out and go to the pot shop.
