It’s genuinely hard to get employees to task on the weekends, almost every single one of the guys and youngsters that task in the marijuana dispensary request the weekends off… Of course, I can’t accommodate every single one of the requests! This has ruffled a couple of feathers. The Fourth of June holiday is coming up in a few weeks and several employees advocated the day off. The holiday falls on a Wednesday this year, however my boss told me to hire a couple of people to help out! I dislike hiring a new person to task on the weekends. The weekends are the busiest time at the marijuana dispensary. The marijuana dispensary is tied up from afternoon until night with pickup and delivery orders; every one of us also has more than a handful of walk-in customers. It’s important that each single of the customers are treated with dignity and respect and each single of our customers should have the undivided attention of a budtender. I looked at a couple of strange applications and I found 2 people that are willing to take holidays and weekends. I contacted both of the potential employees! I knew it was going to be impossible to find anyone and I was honestly right. Every one of us ended up bringing 2 employees from another store to help out during the holiday and I had a drawing in the store for the days off. I finally put all of the marijuana dispensary employees’ names into a hat and picked three.
