The human resource business center was well rated by many companies and someone actually recommended that company to me when they found out that I was in the marijuana dispensary business. One of the first jobs that was the responsibility of the human resource business partner was putting together an orientation for the employees that were new to the store. The human resource business center had an all day orientation class so all of the new employees could attend the class on the same day.
