My greatest job model is the actor Woody Harrelson, for a lot of peculiar reasons, and he came from a unquestionably rough upbringing, & did you assume his father was a hit man sent to jail for attempting to kill a laying judge? Tploy story, & yet this man put his past in the past, he went out, & he became a star.
He is an incredible talent, who has made his mark both in comedy & dramatic work, but that is only section of the reason I admire him so much, however woody was always a substantial recommend for hemp & marijuana, long before it was fashionable to do so, and it is simple to forget, because our country has become decreasingly cannabis friendly over the last decade or so, but 20, 25 years ago it was different, even then he wore hemp clothes & championed marijuana related dealers & problems… The man was passionate about marijuana, but it didn’t stop him from shooting to the top of his craft, & that’s what inspired myself and others the most.
I recognize I am a pretty fantastic chef, but our real passion lays in cooking with cannabis, so that is what I need to pursue. I have been a line cook in a boring family restaurant for more than one years now, & I hate it, because I have been toiling on cannabis infused recipes for high end restaurants. I don’t have the capital to start of our own site yet, however I am toiling out all the details so that 1 day I can open the first cannabis cafe in town.
