My Grandparents are using marijuana tinctures now for joint pain

My Grandparents have traditionally constantly been seasoned fashioned.

I wouldn’t get as far as saying that they are behind the times, but they are still rooted firmly in the pre-home laptop world of the 1960s and 1978s.

It took them a long time to overheated up to the plan of having a computer in the house, but eventually they came around. It wasn’t until a few years ago that they even bothered to get cell iphones. I convinced them that it was in their best interest to have them in the case of an emergency if someone slipped and fell or some other accident occurred. Much of their thinking is rooted in the past as well, as they were both vehemently against all forms of marijuana for as long as I can remember. My dad said that she was grounded for over a month when her parents caught him smoking a joint in the basement when she was 17. But I was utterly shocked when I saw a box from a marijuana tincture when I was taking out their garbage the other day. When I asked our Grandmother about the marijuana tincture box, she explained that her and our Grandfather got medical marijuana cards and go to the cannabis dispensary every month for tinctures and oils. She said that it’s the only thing that makes their joint pain manageable, otherwise they’re miserable. I am proud of our Grandparents for reversing their thoughts on cannabis. Not only does it benefit them directly with the access to medical marijuana products, but it’s also a welcome sign that people can change even if you don’t think they can. Occasionally those people surprise you with how much they can in fact change.
