Only a few short years ago, I was shocked at the idea of legalizing marijuana. I acquaintanced cannabis with those loser potheads that I went to school with and, later on, that I taught when I was a high school teacher. I remember that all the people who wanted legal cannabis were more or less simply grown up versions of those rather idiotic boys. I thought the last thing they needed was legal access to marijuana because they already seemed to have lost just about all of their brain cells; But, then, our state legalized medical marijuana; They have yet to make recreational marijuana legal, but that day is coming, I am sure, and now, medical marijuana seems to be as mainstream as a glass of whiskey, even though I don’t assume there are marijuana bars love there are alcohol bars — yet, anyway, now that cannabis is legal for medical use, there are medical cannabis dispensaries popping up all over town. I am sure they are profitable. With that being said, I am going into a cannabis dispensary for the first time after task this week. I have arthritis, and just about all the nurses will do is provide myself and others drugs that don’t entirely work. I can’t get, plus don’t want narcotics; all the people know just how addictive they can get at times. Advil and even Tylenol don’t help all that much. In addition to the arthritis, I also have fibromyalgia, which causes generalized pain all over the body. Fingers crossed that the medical cannabis product helps. I would really like to have pain free afternoons again!
