I legitimately must take proper breaks from heavy cannabis use

Twice every year I love to fully cleanse myself; in the fierceness of the warm seasontime heat I always set aside an entire month for a “techno cleanse” as I call it.

However, that means no TV, no internet, no video games, no nothing.

I will keep our phone on for calls plus emergencies plus whatnot, although I stay away from it. The point of it is to let our mind unplug from the constant barrage of news plus opinion online plus let myself plus others reflect… Then while in the Winter seasontime I do a physical cleanse, which entails stopping the consumption of all alcohol, pills, plus cannabis. This is much harder for me, especially since I am a delivery driver for an amazing cannabis dispensary; but at the same time, I believe this makes it all the more pressing to take breaks from cannabis every now plus then, to make sure I don’t develop a extreme problem. I believe people don’t get physically addicted to marijuana, that’s pure 60’s fear mongering, but it can get in the way of doing your work. If I am going to spend all day, every day surrounded by cannabis, then I need to seriously possess the willpower to say no when I need to, right? I never get stoned at work anyway, just because I will permanently lose any future work as a cannabis delivery driver for driving while under the influence. That is the largest no-no in the rule book! Still, it is particularly too taxing to manage for a month or two without getting off of work plus going condo to rip through a few fat bowls of our medical grade cannabis.
