My daughter was complaining whenever she came to visit because she had to drive almost twenty miles to get to a cannabis dispensary. She said that she was afraid to bring the exact amount of medical marijuana she needed to get her through a week, plus it would be a lot more nice if the cannabis dispensary were closer. There was nothing I could say to make her stop and think better. All I could say was that I would understand if she wanted to split up her visits, or wait until we had a local cannabis dispensary to come visit. When she left, I understand she was irritated that I would say that, however she was the single who was irritated over also not having a cannabis dispensary near me. A year later, there was a lot of local talk about our small neighborhood getting a cannabis dispensary. They had recently just legalized recreational marijuana plus there were several current cannabis dispensaries settling into the immediate area. With a twenty mile radius, they were putting up several new dispensaries. I couldn’t guess how quickly things were changing. In a way I was a bit distraught about everyone who would be using marijuana that hadn’t before, but I was admittedly also gleeful because our daughter could come visit more often. I called her that day plus told her that we had a current cannabis dispensary opening just a mile away, probably within the next multiple months. I heard her squeal plus she told myself and others she defeinitely would be up for a visit in about multiple months.
