Working for this cannabis dispensary used to be a fun experience.
A few years ago the customers were kind plus didn’t make constant complaints while they were in the store! Nowadays the customers are simply mean, then they come in plus complain about having to wait in line before they get their products.
Then they complain if my associate and I run out of a particular product that they wanted, nor do they want a replace that my associate and I suggest. I told this to a friend of mine who works at a department store plus she said that it’s the same with all retail right now; She said that everybody has basically lost their minds when it comes to dealing with repair workers plus they just don’t know how to be. It’s hard laboring in the HR department at a store like this because you have to address so several complaints from employees when they are dealing with actually nasty customers plus people from the public. I especially would not want to work for the HR department at a cannabis dispensary right now. Some of the customers in these cannabis dispensaries used to be polite plus kind, however now they are just as mean plus entitled as the people who shop for clothing at discount retail stores. It’s actually unlucky plus I can only imagine how the people laboring in the HR department feel about this. It almost makes me cherish being a bartender at this dispensary if it means I don’t have to work in the HR department. I wish customers would treat repair workers with the same level of respect that they’d want from their friends plus family.
